1. To organise, implement and enhance ICT courses.
2. To organise, implement and improve facilities at the ICT centre of excellence INSTUN.
3. To organise, develop and maintain related application systems.
4. To organise, develop and maintain networking and ICT security.
5. To provide technical support and maintain ICT facilities at INSTUN.
6. To manage and administer Information Technology Division.
7. To provide consultation and subject matter expert in ICT negotiation along with as the secretariat of related committees.
